WHAT'S INCLUDED
Priority Scheduling
VIP members receive scheduling preference over non-members when service is needed. Scheduling is subject to availability and technician capacity. Priority scheduling does not guarantee same-day arrival, an immediate response, or 24/7 availability.
No Dispatch Fee on Eligible Service Calls
The standard $89 dispatch fee is waived for eligible appointments during normal business hours. Does not cover diagnostic charges, labor, repairs, materials, or replacement parts. Emergency and after-hours surcharges remain separate. Cancellation or no-access fees are not waived.
Annual Electrical Safety & Smoke Detector Inspection
One combined annual appointment — up to 60 minutes on site — covering accessible electrical components and smoke/CO alarm testing. Includes a brief findings checklist. This is a focused preventive safety check of readily accessible areas, separate from Richie Electric's comprehensive $425 full inspection. Does not constitute a code-compliance certification and cannot guarantee that all hazards will be discovered. Repairs, battery replacements, and additional troubleshooting are separate.
10% Off Repairs & New Installations
Save 10% on eligible labor charges for repairs and new installations performed by Richie Electric while your membership is active. Maximum savings of $100 per job. Excludes materials, equipment, permits, inspection fees, utility charges, and membership fees. Cannot be combined with other promotions or applied retroactively.
1 Free Service Call Per Year
One diagnostic appointment per membership year. Includes up to 30 minutes of on-site troubleshooting for one reported issue during normal business hours. Repairs, materials, and additional diagnostic time beyond 30 minutes are not included. We will explain any additional costs and obtain your approval before proceeding. Not every issue can be fully diagnosed within 30 minutes. This benefit is separate from the annual inspection, though both may be scheduled together when practical.
Extended Workmanship Warranty
Extended workmanship warranty on qualifying work performed by Richie Electric while your membership remains active. Covers defects in workmanship on eligible jobs completed by Richie Electric only. Does not cover the home's entire electrical system, unrelated existing work, or work by other contractors.
Scheduled Video Support
Connect with a licensed electrician via video call — by appointment during normal business hours. Includes up to two consultations per membership year, up to 15 minutes each.
Intended for initial guidance and helping determine whether an on-site visit is needed. Does not replace an inspection or guarantee remote diagnosis. For safety reasons, we will not instruct you to open panels or touch exposed wiring during a video call.
3 Complimentary Service Passes
Share with friends, family, or neighbors within Richie Electric's normal service area. Because VIP members already have their dispatch fees waived, these passes are for sharing that benefit with others. Each pass includes:
- Priority scheduling
- Standard $89 dispatch fee waived
- Professional electrical consultation
Each pass waives the standard $89 dispatch fee only. Diagnosis, repairs, materials, and after-hours charges remain separate. One pass per appointment. Passes have no cash value and do not roll over.

- To stop renewal, turn off automatic renewal any time before the next renewal date; benefits continue through the paid annual term. There is no 30-day notice requirement for new memberships.
