All plans are annual memberships that automatically renew each year at the plan price until canceled. To stop renewal, turn off automatic renewal any time before your next renewal date; there is no 30-day notice requirement for new memberships, and benefits continue through the paid annual term. No Dispatch Fees
The standard dispatch fee is waived on eligible appointments during normal business hours for all members. Does not include diagnostic charges, labor, or repairs.

Home and VIP plans include one combined annual appointment covering accessible electrical components and smoke/CO alarm testing, plus a brief findings checklist.
Exclusive Discounts
